Privacy Policy

SuiteVIP helps families find and request suites. This policy explains, plainly, what we collect, why, and the choices you have. In this policy, "we" means SuiteVIP.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us when you request a stay or sign in: your name, email address and, if you choose, a phone number.
• Party details: the number of travelers, ages, households and preferences you enter while planning.
• Notes you write to your concierge, and the concierge summary attached to a request.
• Saved families and stays, and share links you create, when you're signed in.
• Concierge conversations, saved only when you're signed in. Conversations while signed out are not stored.
• Limited technical information, such as a one-way scrambled form of your network address, used only to prevent abuse.

Why we use it

To plan your stay, to let a concierge respond to your request personally, to keep your saved families and stays available to you, and to keep the service secure. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Our AI concierge

Messages you send to the concierge are processed by an AI service provider to generate replies. We send only what's needed for the conversation and don't permit the provider to use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Our concierge team sees the requests you send. Anyone you give a share link to can see that stay, without contact details, until you turn the link off. Hotels receive your details only when your concierge arranges a stay with you.

How long we keep it

• Stay requests: up to 24 months, so we can follow up and help with future trips.
• Saved families, stays and conversations: until you delete them or ask us to.
• Abuse-prevention records: a few days.

Deleting your information

You can delete saved families and conversations, and turn off share links, from your account. To delete your account or any request, write to concierge@suite.vip and we'll take care of it promptly.
