What SuiteVIP is
SuiteVIP is a guide to family suites and a way to request a stay. Using the site, planning and sending a request are free and don't commit you to anything.
Requests aren't bookings
A request asks your concierge to look into a stay. Nothing is reserved until your concierge confirms availability, rates and terms with you personally, and you agree to them. Rates are always on request.
About the information shown
Suite details come from hotel and third-party sources, and we mark how each fact was verified. Hotels can change rooms, beds and policies, so your concierge confirms the details that matter before you travel. Suggested arrangements are a planning aid, not a promise of availability.
The AI concierge
Our concierge uses AI to help you plan. It works only from our suite information and can make mistakes; a person reviews every request before anything is arranged.
Using the site fairly
Please use SuiteVIP for genuine travel planning. Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other people's information or overload it with automated requests.
